Pam is a seasoned strategist who combines expertise in digital communications with a lifelong passion for medicine and human health. In her 14-year tenure at Stanford University Medical Center, she oversaw a broad range of digital initiatives connecting consumer and academic audiences to the medical center’s far-reaching health, educational and research resources. These included large-scale and project-based web redesigns, stewardship of the medical center’s digital front door, and adoption communications for the medical center’s profile directory and virtual collaboration space. Most recently as Content Lead for Stanford Health Care, Pam developed an enterprise content program for the health system’s network of complex-care and primary clinics, solving for key touchpoints across the care journey. Pam’s commitment to service-driven communications builds on earlier experience as a journalist for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and roles at the Haight Ashbury Free Clinic in San Francisco and Centro Adelante Campesino, a migrant farmworker center in AZ. In her free time, Pam enjoys cycling, climbing and mixed-art projects.
